Brad Treliving Named New Toronto Maple Leafs General Manager
Experienced Executive to Lead Team Following Departure of Kyle Dubas

The Toronto Maple Leafs have appointed Brad Treliving as their new general manager, effective immediately. Treliving, a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success in the NHL, will take over the reins from Kyle Dubas, who stepped down from his role last month.
Treliving brings a wealth of experience to the Maple Leafs, having previously served as the general manager of the Calgary Flames for over seven years. During his tenure with the Flames, he oversaw the team's return to the playoffs and the development of several key players, including Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk.
Maple Leafs president Brendan Shanahan expressed confidence in Treliving's abilities, stating that "Brad is a highly respected and experienced leader who has a deep understanding of the game and a proven track record of building successful teams. We are confident that he will be a valuable asset to our organization as we strive to bring the Stanley Cup back to Toronto."
Treliving is expected to make a number of changes to the Maple Leafs' roster and coaching staff in the coming months as he seeks to improve the team's performance and bring them closer to their championship aspirations.
